Who Should Attend?
The 'Secrets of the Lily' Women's Retreat is for girlfriends of all ages who need a breakaway
day of refreshment, inspiration, encouragement and fun! Especially intended for those who
struggle with difficult life circumstances and discouraging situations, the simple message will
help all women refocus and rediscover the joy and beauty that all hope for in life, despite any kind
of 'dirt' they find themselves in.
This conference is faith-based. We welcome anyone who wants to join the gathering and find
inspiration for everyday living. We have ve purposely kept the price reasonable so that all who
want to participate are able to do so. Come by yourself, bring a friend, gather a group—but do
come! You’ll feel at home surrounded by women who share similar stories and life settings. We
are confident you will be glad you were a part of the day.
How Can I Help Organize a Group?
There is no better gift for a friend than to share the hope found in Christ Jesus. As a Group
Leader, you can be instrumental in forever changing the lives of women by inviting them to
hear the message of hope conveyed through the Secrets of the Lily Retreat. Here are some
ideas for gathering a group to attend a local retreat:
- Use the conference as your church's women's retreat. You won't have to worry about all
the details that go into creating your own women's retreat because we've done that for
you. Instead, you can sit back, enjoy the day, and be equally blessed by the message.
- Have you already attended a Secrets of the Lily Retreat? Were you touched by Jesus'
promise of a beautiful life revealed through the secrets of the lily? If so, please encourage
other women to attend. You can:
- Write an article for your church newsletter
- Send a personal invitation to friends or women's groups
- Speak briefly at a church service or women's group meeting and encourage others
to attend
- Visit Christian businesses and ask if they would be willing to display a poster and/or fliers
with your contact information.
- Invite different churches to come together and form a group. Not all churches have their
own group, and they may be delighted to join you. The bonds and new friendships made
can last a lifetime.
- Present the idea of purchasing Lily Retreat tickets as a gift. (Men frequently appreciate this
gift idea.)
- Get in touch with leaders from community women's groups and ask them to share retreat
information with their groups.
- Email information and invitations to women in your email contact list.
